Havn't a clue what you are talking about.
What reason do you have for creating them?
This will just help me understand what you are trying to ask and then maybe I can help you.

I think he just means where it just has all the text from a game put into a file.

I would look at www.zophar.net as they have lots of utilities that might allow you to do this.

I'm assuming a game text editor would allow you to dump the text.

if thats the case any Hex Editor will do, but for larger files you may have to look for other Hex editors that can handle ISO size files

Also this depends on how the games were coded aswell

You can also search for game scripts with google or whatever

As in some roms you will need a table file to tell the hex editor what refers to what. I can't remember the name of the program I used. When I remember I will get back to you. It was made for roms.

    Thingy
    AKA Thingy tables
But thats mainly used for Translating roms and locating jap text but english text has a set ASCI/Hex code that any hex editor can read, unless it's coded diff then even a thingy table can't help you

I have used thingy that is the name. Even english roms need tables sometimes because they would turn out different names. You also have to realize that some games have special characters like the pokemon games and such.

Yes any ASCI shows those aswell specially as they are not extra's most the time but more overlays

Besides both games have norm ASCI

Talking about tables is only going to confuse MitchellTF if anything
