Universal Creation?

What is everyones opinion on how the universe was made? I personally believe the big bang theory untill it proceeds into the dawn of mankind, i think that (from a slightly religious point of view) God made the humans, but that the big bang made God. I also believe that god made humans in a less developed form than what we are at this point. Believing that we would evolve into things we are today, and perhaps, more. But what does everyone else think? I'm up for completly retarded answers too, such as donuts for universes, or perhaps we're all in some fat, ugly man's fishbowel?

I don't know yet. We haven't explored space enough to truly know. The big bang theory is sort of falling apart. There is another theory that is gaining momentum. I'll mention it later if no one else does.

/me thinks however that Black holes serve the purpose of pulling everything back together again, sort of like a natural reset button.

I beleive that God created the universe. That doesn't mean that I am against a lot of the theories. I just think that maybe the way he created it is like the theories.

Why ponder about how the universe was made, why not just accept that it's here and leave it at that? I'm alive, I'm happy, why waste my time thinking about this when I could be sitting here doing nothing?
