Im Having game troubles..Help Please?

I just downloaded some psx iso's and for some reason it says its a 7Z File.. How do i get these to work? Someone please help.

You need 7-Zip. It's a compression program that gives better "results" then WinZip or WinRAR. Hang on a sec and I'll find the homepage.

You need 7 zip to open those files. Get it from thier site. Files in 7 zip screwed up on me(FF7). I prefer rar files.
