Where is the cheapest place to mod an Xbox?

I want to send my Xbox to get modded somewhere but I need to find the cheapest and most reliable place to send it. I can probably do it myself, but I don't want to take the risk of messing it up myself. If any1 know where I can get it done, it will be appreciated
