    1. First, emulators aren't illegal. The bios can be if you dont' have it on a system.

Are you saying that you get the error when you try to play the game? If so you should try a different bios. I have heard of games that get errors like that that will run in the Spanish bios. You should also try updating your video drivers.

    2. The game should work as long as it is selfboot.

    Some emulators can be illegal.

For example, certain XBOX emulators that use the XDK dev kits are illegal, since the XDK is for use only by Microsoft approved programmers.

BS. m$ has no legal standing to keep people from using the XDK. just because they can intimidate people into thinking that they do doesn't mean that they have any right whatsoever to clamp down on homebrews.

Err, XDK is NOT for public use, unless you have Microsoft permissions.

The only reasons emulators are built with XDK is that copies of the kit were leaked, and used illegally.

Make sure you also meet Chankast's required system spec and OS.

If I remember correctly, Chankast won't work on Win2000...yet. The author of chankast will release a new version this week and it will make Chankast run under Win 2000. Also, the emulator will only support ATI or Nvidia chipset graphics cards.

    They are hot, aren't they??

You can either get the bios here

    http://bioshouse.free.fr/

Or download the version I uploaded to the new releases section which has everything that you need to start. Including the bios and VMU dump.

I would get the bios though and wait for the new release. It could happen any time now according to the authors. It will have a lot more features.
