Recommended specs:
P4 or Athlon XP (2ghz or higher)
Graphics card capable of pixel shaders desirable but not essential, must be of good quality though
WinXP (it may also work on 2K, not sure)

Theres also an X_Box emu that allows u to play X-Box games through ur DVD drive, but i have no idea how to use it

Soldier the Xbox emu I think you are talking about it CXbx. It can play Turok at up to 4 speed with minor graphical problems. I am really looking forwards to chanka. I am d/ling me some ISOs. I have been borrowing a friends DC to get used to the games and to have something to see what they are supposed to look like.
