Cats vs. Dogs

for many years, dogs have been mans best friend, but we have worshiped cats for many years too, so now my question to you all is; what do you preffer, a cat or a dog?

I've grown up in a multiple-cat household. I like cats, they're all warm and furry and affectionate.

I don't mind dogs, I've just never had one.

ive had dogs and cats as long as i can remember. well, exept now, my dogs where put down yesterday, they where to old to stand up even... but i love dogs and cats both equally.

I like dogs way more. Cats are okay....but they are kind of boring.

Cats kick ass, they're lazy ol' bastards but they're nice to have around the house. Dogs are okay, a bit too loud/fidgety sometimes though. I like wolf-like dogs, German shepards and hush puppies.
Cats are easier to take care of, and they can't bite your ass off if they get pissed(with the exception of my 6kg monster ).

I like both, but I prefer cats.. I've grown up with multiple cats around me, aswell as dogs, yet I just find the company of cats more pleasurable than the company of a dog.

I used to have cats, but they got run over, stupid idiots. Now I have a dog. Dogs are better

I love dogs. I have two German Shepherds, and they're very l33t. The only bad part is having to clean up dead Squirrels with a shovel.

I would swap my dog for the world because then, once I had the world safely in my possession, I would say, "give me back me dog or I will destroy the world which is now unsafe and in me possesion!" Then I would have me dog and the world woohoo!

Nah! bugger that, it would be too much of a risk I love me dog too much to do that to him. Oh and btw have to go with dogs rather than cats, had both, dogs are more willing to listen, and respond more positively imo.

I love them both and own both a German Shepherd and a White cat of some sort
