Actually, I'm pretty sure that someone at google puts those in, just for fun. Infact, some of it was showcased when "I'm feeling Lucky" had initially started.
However, no one can blame google for the results and that's their idea of fun. I find it really funny watching google call the American President a Miserable Failiure or totally dissing Microsoft (try "go to hell"), and not being held responsible. Tis' great fun!
