    burn ISO images and play them on the actual playstation?

    Yes. Get a burning program. Roxio Easy CD Creator works fine for iso images. If it is .img or .bin then get Alcohol 120%. Just select the image to burn. Burn it at the lowest speed, possible. Then you're good to go as long as you have a mod-chip in the playstation.

    OR you could try the swap trick, which could potentially damage your playstation. Youll have to ask for it somewhere though

    Have a modchip in ur PSX / PSX 2 makes it a lot easier
