Skinner could be the evil villain, and I could be an unplayable character that shows up at the last moment and saves everyone's ass. Just a thought. I remember a couple of people in SFGHQ(a game dev community) that made an RPG with cameos from most of the well known forum members.

Can I be in it? I can be one of those guys that run an INN (you know, a very un-important character) untill a disaster strikes the town and the heros embark on their epic quest.

And before they leave, I give the party some Tents, to remind them of the INN........

I would request a story role in the game, like a boss or something, but I am not that popular here yet.

I think bad neighbor should own the bar in the game, since he seems to own the EP bar here, (though sniper bar tends some times aswell)
I could be a generic enemy, like cacktrot, I would shoot thousands of thumb tacks at people instad of needles though

Ok, here's who I have so far. I still have to make MasJ, Tonberry, Deach, Crusher and Karragh. Also, I have to make people like TT and such who take MasJ captive. Edit- Soeru, I forgot to put your name on the guy with the yellow armor. :p

Obviously you can't make everyone main characters so being some random guy in town would be pretty funny. Make you play an RPG like in Star Ocean....haha
