Problem playing Dracula Unleashed (SegaCD)

I just d/l Dracula Unleashed from EmuParadise (20 parts) and I can't get it to run. The game freezes at the Sega logo after the Sega CD's main screen. I can play Flashback, Sewer Shark, and Sonic CD without any problems. Does anyone have any ideas what might be the problem?

I really hope I don't have to delete this version of Dracula Unleashed again.

Sorry about that. I forgot to list some stuff.

I am using Gens 2.11 with the newest bios (to my knowledge).
