I have the same problem, for me it occurs when I go to the rom section (after the delay/disclaimer page). It already has the username entered (downloads) but the password field is blank.

its cause they have a 150 user limit. if 150 people are already online, then you can't get in!

Thank you Septic. There is a 150 user limit. I'm probably the only one here with enough patience to get in. I can usually access it once a day. It tells you what the password and username is in plain english. Just type it in. If you use your browser back button, you won't have to type it again if you don't get in the first try. But if you leave the site, you must type in the whole thing again.
