Neo Geo CD

Ok I just downloaded some neo geo cds from the
big sun site (aka Nova)and the files are iso+mp3 ,
I know that I must convert the mp3 to wav, but how do I make a good synchronization for the music, the program suggested was cd wizard, but the other game that I made whit that program dracula X for pc engine the music+game synchronization was terrible
So any recommendation

to burn Neo Geo CDs......convert mp3s to wav....generate a .cue with Sega Cue Maker......then burn or launch with Daemon Tools

The way I burned them was with Nero on a mixed mode disc. First I extract the rar and into a directory then extract the ISO in a subdirectory. Then I copy the MP3s over to the audio portion of the CD and the contents of the ISO to the data portion.
