Default What is the best Forum program out there, for free?

I do not know php, or mysql, so I'm sure I'm pretty limited, If maybe i can get an existing forum, and just mess with the admin stuff, that would be great. I will not learn php or sql right now, b/c i am very busy and don't have the time. Any suggestions?

http://www.forumsforall.net/ will host remote boards for you. Only catch is you have to be active on their forums.

If you could get a webhost with PHP and MYSQL, one of the members, such as me, would msot likely be glad to help you. I could install you the "better" forum software, such as phpbb2 and invision. That way you could add hacks, etc.

Also, I'm not sure if it's still up, but http://www.bbfree.com provides free remote forums. I believe they have to remain active, however.
