The Witcher 3 - steelbook and map only (presumably from PC LE/CE, steelbook holds 6 discs and is DVD size)
Assassin's Creed Unity - steelbook, soundtrack CD (with slipcase), artbook and map (from Bastille Edition, steelbook holds 1 disc and is BD size)
Far Cry 4 - large map and double sided poster (think these are from the huge CE box, all platform versions are the same afaik)
