I already have an old white Wii with WODE, and a 1TB HDD of games. All my ext drives have always been powered. Although I did get a laptop drive enclosure recently that is just USB powered (has 500GB in it atm), I just use that for moving files around for other people.

I might softmod this new Wii at some stage but for the time being I'll leave it boxed. It had one adult owner, no kids and is in extremely good condition.
