Since the Soldat server was started basically for the benefit of the forum members and other visitors of emuparadise.org, here's a place where you can discuss, name call, taunt, post your stats (or fake them ), and do much more.


I'm known as MasJ in Soldat, just to prevent anomalies . And I pwned Skinner8 only ... twice . But hey, first time I played, it was fun though!!

exactly wut are the system requirements for the game? i checked the site but i couldnt find it anywhere other than you need directX, and i already got that.

i can't stop playin it its like a 3D fps but neither it rock we should set up tournaments or arange battles.

I'm not sure what they are offhand, but I can guarantee that they're likely incredibly low, as with most 2D games. If it required more than a couple hundred MHz I'd be surprised.

System requirements aren't really high at all.
- A PC, a keyboard, a mouse, a brain
- 333mhz processor
- Video accelerator that can run Direct3D
- Graphics card compatible with DirectX 8.1
- 32 MB RAM
- Some free MB on disk
- Sound card
- Network card or modem
- Microsoft Windows 98/Me/2000/XP
- Microsoft DirectX 8.1

Yeah, people aren't playing all the time and stuff, maybe because it's password protected and the lobby server people can't get in, which is good in a way since Soldat gets way too chaotic with too many people..

chaos doesn't make a difference to me,with or without it i end up respawning every 10 seconds !but i enjoy chaos in capture the flag,on some servers,everybody's so busy killing each other off,that i just sneak off with the flag 5-6 times in a row,wihtout bothering with any shooting.
i haven't tried infiltration though,they're too few servers for the mode,and i can't be buggered to try it by myself
