At EmuParadise are only direct downloads.
if you mean the Fserves in our IRC Chat channel.. they don't use usernames or anything..you can just directly access them by typing the triggers.
(type: !list to see which Fservers are online)

There isnt' any "username" for the roms, it's just that one of our servers used too much bandwidth last month and therefore we had to shut it down.
But it WILL be back online on the 23rd or 24th so keep looking out for it
