This is so the wrong forum man,,, Maybe Tech or Emulation would be better

IsoBuster or something is a program that fixes that, I think

EDIT: IsoBuster was so not the thing you looked for Thats more a bin maker

Pick a CD Burner proggy most will support *.iso's or *.cue's.
cue's tend to go with *.bin and and *.img iso's, if there is no cue sheet present you can either rename your *.bin to *.iso and burn in mode2 or just direct the burner to the bin and burn in mode2.

If you do the mode2 trick and the ISO had sound tracks in the bin bin file they will be lost burning that way.

Many popular programs will burn bin and iso files like Nero. If your burning program doesn't support that image format you can download Daemon's Tools and then mount the image in it and then copy the virtual drive with your regular CD burning program.

    Your Playstation is modded, right?
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

Nope should just boot with that though it would have been a bigger prob if you had a PSone but there is an easy solution for PSones anyway.

By the way exactly what format is your iso in, or what files do you have for it.

Have you tried to play the ISO with an emulator. This game is compatible with ePSXe so if it doesn't work in that then it won't work in your PSX.

Anyway if you burn by the cue and the cue is set up corectly it shouldn't ask for a bin it should do that without asking you to do it manualy

if it isn't set up corectly you can open the *.cue with notepad and edit it so it does not have a path name in it.

    e.g.
if it looks a bit like:-
    FILE "C:\Games\name of bin.bin" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
You will need to change it to look like:-
    FILE "name of bin.bin" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00
So you remove the path from it as it will not be correct on your computer anyway and it's not needed.

Edit:- forgot to disable the smilies
