Hard to find ROMs and ISOs

Does anyone know where to find Resident Evil 2?

I need that as well as Smackdown! 2: Know Your Role, Spider-Man 2: Enter Electro, Digimon World 1, 2, or 3, and/or Gundam Battle Assault 2.

I also need a site with them where I don't have to vote or anything.

I also need a good N64 ROM site.
