Keep in mind the flash sites out there such as http://www.newgrounds.com.
It's a great source for amature flash, though I will stress the word amature. For every great flash, you'll have to indure 10 that are utter crap. But there are gems to be found within the overwhelmingly large amount of shit there, so it's worth a look.

Seriously though, it's actually a pretty good show. It's a show that skewers celebrities, and rather cleverly too. It's made fun of Brittany Spears, Fred Durst, Micheal Jackson and more. I suggest you check it out.
