You can always find something to watch on TV but I'd have to agree that Movies are starting to get crappy. Really really crappy.

2.) you may like Viva La Bam on MTV. Some of the episodes are pretty funny, I tell 'ya!
3.) Not-as-good movies, eh? Obviously you haven't seen Underworld *drools*
    4.) Who doesn't like Rocko's Modern Life?
5.) If you're up really late, watch Space Ghost Coast to Coast on Cartoon Network.. Sun-Thurs. TRY not to laugh.
    6.) watch Everybody Loves Raymond
7.) go watch Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King
==INSERT== oh, and go buy American Wedding
    1.) Simpsons is overrated.
2.) MTV: don't get it outside of the US.
3.) Underworld actually isn't that good of a movie, statistically speaking... it just had gothic-pop culture backing it. The storyline is very plain, an obvious Romeo & Julietesque movie.
4.) I despise Rocko's Modern Life. I liked it when I was a kid, but after seeing another episode recently, I realized how stupid it was.
5.) Cartoon Network. US once more.
6.) Everybody Loves Raymond is just... weird. And stupid. And Raymond is very monotone... I don't like him.
7.) LOTR is in theatres. Not everyone wants to spend money to go to a theatre.
8.) American Pie 2 and American Wedding were both overrated and should not have been done. The original was the only good one, as the other two were just playing off the popularity, as films are wont to do.

    I still like Rocko's Modern Life. Spring Cleaning! Spring Cleaning! R e c y c l e Recycle. C o n s e r v e Conserve. Now don't you P o l l u t e Pollute or else you will get what you deserve!
Who couldn't love that. I also like most of the shows on CBS. I do like Cartoon Network. I love the Adult Swim shows like Sealab 2021, Baby Blues, and Home Movies.

Family Guy is good. Undergrads was awesome before they canceled it. I still enjoy Friends, although it has started to become rather tiresome. I enjoyed the beginning better. Buffy the Vampire Slayer was good up until the end of Season 5. They should have ended it there instead of bringing her back to life.

Other than that, I don't watch TV.

Almost all the cartoons targetted at elder audiences is either vulgar, boring or overrated.
with that said, I hate family guy and undergrads.

Well, we lost the TV front a long time ago. Now it is either reality shows or Jerry Springer-esque shows.

As for the movies... I almost lost faith after watching T3 and the last Scary Movie ... can't remember since it's a sequel.

But movies such as LotR (even if it's just an adaptation.. where the hell is Tom Bombadill?) and Tears of the Sun and such... the movie industry may still have hope...

    1. Lately, yes... As every other show, it gets stale after a while; it's hard keeping a show like that fresh...
    2. I believe MTV goes worldwide, but it's often localized...
    3. I dunno what the heck Underworld is, but if you show me a trailer/promotional thingie, I'll know if it's good or just CARP, like ID4... XD
    /me shits his pants...
    4. I kinda like Rocko... Not as much as I did back when I was a kid... It's just a bit too stupid for me now, I guess...
    5. Don't care much about CN...N...?
    6. I like that show!
    7. I was actually thinking of going to see that one again...
    8. Agreed...

I must say TV is TOTAL crap. I did like the super mario bros show from long ago. There used to be a fair amount of good shows...still many crappy ones. Now good shows are impossible to find.

Same with movies. Old jet li...now there's something really good, now if you look at happened once the hollywood movies started....well that's just pretty sad.

The only TV programmes i watch are Cheers, Frasier (only the old ones... the newer ones suck), Becker, Spin City, whatever anime they show on the Sci-Fi channel... erm... Friends occasionally. Oooh, and King of the Hill.
