Default Really recommend Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

The Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is one of the greatest games that I have played personally. It isn't like many games that loose their appeal to me either halfway through it or after I have beaten it. I just beat it tonight, and I am all ready for another go-round at it. I really highly suggest that you play this game!

I unlocked that in The Sands of Time. The Sands of Time is a whole lot easier to jump and stuff.

I didn't think that 12:30 for the first time was very lengthy at all.

    I second the recommendation.

It is absolutely awesome. Think ICO mixed in with some Shinobi action. You'll see what I mean if you play the game. The battle system is great too. Reminds me a bit of Soul Reaver's soul devouring thingy, but it's sand being devoured here.

The music is.. magnificent! Truley captures the eastern setting which the game takes place in. I just love those battle themes! The electric guitars mixed in with random blabbers and drums is just ear candy! Something like Dajil/Dazil of the Xenogears soundtrack, only better.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is a must for every PS2 owner.

I'm yet to hear one bad thing about this game. Is it true that it's going multi platform soon (easier tro shop for the cheapest if it's on all three)?...

Am having it, am drooling it, am playing it.

Am having the ps2 version. It ROCKS. That game is one of the BEST games I have ever played.

It would be nice if they made it a ps2 exclusive.

But anyways, I have heard that its coming out for the xbox too.

I love that game, especially that "go back in time and redo the whole thing" thing by pressing the L2 button (or was it the L1 button:\)

Edit: Hey torpedo009, if you have a ps2, then go for that version rather than the PC version unless you are having a pretty good video card and a really good controller.

Unless your actually from Iran, I doubt you know anything of the setting.

I got the game for Christmas, and it's awesome. I'm 46 % through, so I guess it's a little short. The moves, battle, music and the puzzle are amazing! You have to use your brain a little here. And the slowmotion-mode makes it "Max Payne with daggers!"

    True.
But I'm quite fond of Arabian music, and the music in PoP does sound a lot like it, especially the traditional Arabian music, only in a more of rock arrangements.

Mreh.....wish I had a PS2......as for video card, I'll have to check the requirements, and I'll have to use the keyboard to play, I DO have a joystick but dont know if it will suffice.....

It is indeed available right now for all three current next-gen systems.
