That would take entirely to long if it's one file. You might want to split it up into several parts. THPS3 is 756mb by the way.

There isnt a site. I know people in release groups that supply ftp pubs that are up for a day or two. I own all those games I listed and can make .iso images or .bin and send them to the makers of this site. Im willing to supply them with games if they will put them online. I also will up them to any ftp the site creators want me to. If they have any pubs or dumpsites im willing to help and up these games that people want.
