I didn't think FFTA was so great, they tried to make the game longer by adding in all of these pointless missions, and the music was just horrible and repetitive.

Hmmn, is that so? Wow. I've heard nothing but good things about it. In fact, before this post, the only complaint I'd heard about it was that it can get annoying when the judge intervenes and prohibits you from using certain magic attacks or physical attacks. Having heard the music myself, I'd disagree that it's horrible and repetative. As for the gameplay itself, I gave it a quick try after I'd downloaded it for a friend, just to make sure it worked. I ended up playing for about an hour or so. It's not my cup 'o tea, but it's certainly not a terrible game by any means.

The game is mission-based :\ , of course there will be extra missions. Plus basically every mission, outside a few, has some story to go along with it. That was about like saying they tried to make FF7 longer by putting in all of that storyline...
