I tried that link in Google Chrome for Mac and it worked fine. Could you please try again ?

Well, for some reason, works on my third try with Google Chrome. I don't understand, download never completes on Opera, Firefox, Midori (didn't try IE).
It's possible that you downloaded a corrupted file. Do you tried in any other browser?

About the "SMPRGRevolutionV1.1a"...
Why this file is a RAR, not a ZIP as the others? Why not ZIP, since the emulators can load a ROM "ZIPed"?
Isn't the name "SMPRGRevolutionV1.1a" wrong? Since the ROM inside is "SuperMarioRPGRevolutionV1.1a". And I think that a name more intuitive for the ROM would be better, something like "Super Mario RPG Revolution V1.1a", no?
Just suggestions.

I think it's a problem with your system blocking ftp downloads. Try copying the link and changing the ftp:// part to http://

The .hack GU (volumes 1-3) links are broken. I tried the links periodically over the last few days and I used both Opera and IE to view them. I had someone check out the links to be sure that they were broken, but that person was able to download them successfully. I cleared cookies and cache and such and tried several times, but to no avail. What I kept seeing was a 404 error. I have a attached a screenshot of the problem.
Thank you for reading this and I hope the problem (if it indeed is with Emuparadise) is resolved swiftly.

Never mind the above post, I fixed the issue. It appeared that it was necessary to change the "ftp://" to an "http://" and delete the part of the URL containing Emuparadise's URL.
