First PSP concept art unvieled!

Sony has unvieled thier first concept design for the PSP, and if you hit that link you'll be able to check it out for yourself.

I think it's interesting, but I hope to God the final product doesn't look like that. What do you guys think?

I agree. Something more conventional would be much more appreciated. It looks pretty sleek, however.

Well i think it looks cool... but im not sure the layout and the manner in which it's rounded would make it easy to play..

Looks more different then any handheld before it, I am really getting excited about this system, and can not wait for the release of the system.

#interesting, I actually quite like the way it looks, and if I see the point in it and have some cash, I may just get one when there available.

I think that it looks cool but the buttons looks kinda wierd rather have the ones on the joystick of the PSX/PS2.

PS Will the PSP have new games?

Are those touch-sensitive buttons?

I rather like it, though that power button looks a bit out-of-place and if you've got sweaty hands, those touch-sensitive-esque buttons might pose a problem... "OK, I'll just press down to make the character crouch and... WTF?!? What happened? Nooooo!! Damn my �ber-huge thumbs!!"...

Of course the PSP will have new games. Oh, and the system you are looking at is a CONCEPT design. That means that it is not final by any means. I thought I'd clear that up since a couple of you seem to think it's what the final system is going to look like.
