VCD's on a Modded or Unmodded PS2 just do not work as the PS2 does not support that format.
I was a lil upset at this myself and I could run coppies if I wished to just not VCD's

Well that's stupid. Nigh every DVD player runs VCDs, no reason not to :\ Oh well, modded PS2s are supposed to be able to run DivX
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

You need a VCD card thingy don't you?
If I remember right you need to mod it than d/l a player made for it before your ps2 can do it.
