The answer is, yes no maybe. This is unknowable without redumping every arcade game multiple times with multiple dump methods. Every arcade board dump is a unique beast, so many verification tricks from other sets don't work here. Every game has been tested sure, but just because it works 100% doesn't mean a single useless byte isn't flipped, or a random file mistakenly has 128 bytes of null data overdumped.
