That's subjective. Like for the SNES whatever it's called, Higan is the most accurate emulator. It will run everything perfectly, but, it has fairly demanding requirements for a SNES emulator. There's SNES9X, which is, fine. Then there's ZSNES, which is garbage. But ZSNES was so popular there are games that were built to run on it, and won't run on anything else. Then there's Retroarch, which is user friendly.

I haven't run any of these emulators in the last... 15 years or something. I have run, Canoe! That was Nintendo's official emulator they packed onto SNES Classic's
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

It's subjective, as the user above me said. Here's my choice.
    SNES - SNES9x
Genesis - Kega Fusion (oldie but a goldie)
NES - you have a wide choice of emulators so it's up to you to pick the one you like. I use Mesen and RockNESX.
    Master System - also Fusion
N64 - Project64 (sadly it has some mild nagware but there's some file that can take care of it)

I wouldn't exactly call RetroArch user friendly, lol.

With PJ64 it's just a line in the config file you can delete for that little 15 second nag to buy thing when starting it up.

    Personally I like Mupen64.
I agree with Kega too, runs master system, genesis, Seca cd. Umm can't remember if it does 32x as well.

Well, the users that swear by it disagree, and probably have never tried another emulator.

Yeah, that's the emulator on the SNES Mini.

Lol no. If you hack a SNES Mini you usually add SNES9x so you can play everything you'd want.
