I have the fullsets GoodSNES 2.04, GoodGEN 3.00, GoodN64v3.14, GoodNESv3.14, GoodSMS 3.13, MAME 0.260 saved on an external HDD.
Do these fullsets have complet fullset official games and good dumps roms?

Yes.
Some people dislike the "good" series of romsets because they included more than good dumps for the set of official games. They sorted all dumps, including good and bad, the usefulness of the bad dumps are mostly forgotten, so there's clutter in a complete "good" set. The clutter of bad dumps is easily discarded with few clicks, and often a set will be distributed without the old bad dumps, which is where the "is my set complete?" question often originates from. Also dumps of unofficial games are still happening, as fan games are being made right now, and "good" sets are slow to add these.

1) Do these fullsets "GOOD" that I mentioned in these versions contain all the official games released for SNES, MegaDrive, NES, MasterSystem, N64 and Arcade?
2) Are only ROMs with (!) considered good dumps? Are ROMs (U), (E), (J) without "!" not good dumps (full game, no issues and no errors)?
1) Yes, they have everything. Not a single official game is left undumped. Been that way for, idk, 20 years now?
2) (!) were files that were personally dumped/verified by the author of the set (or perhaps some close friends of his) for verification. The (!) mark is not required. As updates were made to the set and (!) games were added I don't think any (U), (E), (J) game was replaced, it was just a confirmation.

1) Do you know anything about the MAME 0.260 fullset? What is the status of the dumps of this fullset? Does it have all the arcade games up to 2003 with good dumps?
2)Thanks for sharing this knowledge? Are you part of the redump group?
3) I thought that my "good" fullsets in these versions were incomplete fullsets because they have few GB or few MB
Example: Master System and NES have few MB
and I also had doubts about the quality of the dumps of these fullsets

1) I'm not actually sure about the Mame set, I've never touched it. Afaik it's fine. Maybe someone else will comment.
2) I was asked to help a couple times, but it's a bunch of annoying work. So no I'm not a part of any groups.
3) That sounds fine. You need to remember that old carts only had a couple kilobytes of data on them. I know the NES set, with every possible dump can be compressed down round 200MB when done just right. The Master System had far less games, so it'll be a fraction of that size. SNES and Genesis will be bigger, and N64 bigger still because they're progressively newer/bigger.

GoodSMS 3.13 fullset is Updated GoodMerge
What is Updated GoodMerge???
Fun little tool that sorts games by what they are, so they can be compressed more effectively. Like you know the Super Mario Bros. 2 released in the USA is an entirely different game than the game released in Japan, right? The Japanese version (aka Lost Levels) looks like it's just a SMB1 romhack, where the US version is actually a game that was called Doki Doki Panic in Japan. Being completely different games, these two Super Mario Bros. 2's wouldn't be sorted together. But Doki Doki Panic and SMB2 USA share nearly identical code so they get tossed together. When compressed together, with the right settings, they compress with extreme results. Like each game may normally only be squeezed down 50% when done individually, but put together, the first game gets squished down 50%, and the next game gets squished 98.7%. Annnnddd, if there's a pile of 40 romhacks and weird dumps, the next gets squeezed down 98.9%, then 99.1%, then 99.4% and so forth.

1) GoodSMS 3.13 (Updated GoodMerge) is 43MB, is that normal? Does it contain the complete list of all official Master games?
2) I researched the version of these fullsets. GoodNes is 3.23b and Good SNES 3.27, GoodSMS 3.20, GoodN643.27 are the most recent versions.
Is it necessary to replace all my fullsets with the versions I mentioned before because they don't have good dumps and don't have all the games (U), (E), (J) released for these consoles?
All of the standard "commercial" games will all be there. It's just extra hacks and such that has been added, at absolute most maybe a prototype of a game that's been found and dumped but you needn't worry about replacing anything every time.
