Probably. 100 people in front of me and still got through security in less than 15 minutes.

Pretty much I think, both are modernised though... Mario apparently has "dynamic level design"

I mean they're trying to make it different by having more stuff moving in levels
It's still just a Mario platformer ffs

US law (generally state by state) allows overwhelming/excessive force in self defence doesn't it?

I fully expect this one won't go well and I'll have to push for a refund If it works out ok then it'll be a pleasant surprise.
Yeah that would be pretty shocking if it worked out but you never know I suppose. Finally starting to see here where they have been readily available for a bit and even used being less than new.

Depends on the state, yes. I believe it's kind of dumb and you're better off killing someone rather than disabling them because if you don't you're open to potential legal garbage.

great day today*said with bitter sarcasm* I banged my desk early this morning and my desktops fan started making a noise I went to check on it and my elbow accidentally hits the power button bow I can't get it to power back on and get the same 55 error code over and over and can't even get to the bios screen.
now I'm back on my laptop again

Darn . I played one on 3DS and it was stupidly easy. The game automatically applied a super power up after I died a few times figuring out the final level. I had more than enough lives to burn by that point.
