Question What is the best Emulator for Arcades that does it ALL?

Which emulator for arcades does it all?
In short what arcade has the options of mame plus to get all the graphics options, but with netplay that plays the modern version of the game.

It use to be MAME Plus use to have a lot of options from bezel, graphics enhancement selection, cheat, etc. While others has netplay, other play various homebrews, and some play them in 7zip.
Others are also neat to see like coinup arcade in the presentation and some others have decent views. But overall they are all annoying in the size they take which should not need to take gigabytes of space.

Mother mame front ends are also ok, but they exclude a lot which it seems impossible to get it all at once which makes no sense how everyone is trying to make theirs the best while ignoring what makes others appealing.

Even the bezels online I see are not even the original, the programs glitch or are annoying to use which take up a lot of time, others take a while to load, others the older files are outdated and don't work, etc. It's like all of them are turning people off to gaming.

    on another note
Over a million iphone games which most seem like shovel-ware with reductant ugly games, and if they are good they are meant to be a lifestyle to distract you than have fun. I don't see those being preserved.

The peak of gaming was around the early 90's with originality, challenge, and fun where in 30 min you take on the entire game. Now you play a game for 30 min to just barely see anything and walk around wondering.

The game industry and gamers are messing up gaming.
Even game emulators like gp32 emulation is given up to work properly properly and the only one that works at decent speed glitches to stop after a minute or so but I know how to make it work properly to not glitch if anyone wants to know.
