[Fallout 4] Conquest (mod)
If you happen to be have Conquest mod plugged in to Fallout 4 already, there is a yellow Sanctuary house to clone Sanctuary Hills at West Everette with a pre-built base around it at the center of the map, the most equidistant point where everything is the same distance away and you can defend all vanilla settlements in the same amount of time.

Addendum: the perfect modification to Conquest settlements is 48 free settlers(the vanilla settler max) who are outsiders there to frequent your businesses without needing food, water or bedding.

Copy and paste that into Notepad, save it as SETTLERS.BAT, place it in the Fallout 4 install folder, then press the ~ key to access the game console, type in BAT SETTLERS then press the ENTER key.
