This Rom is unplayable in any emulator as the Xor tables haven't been released as of yet. When they are the game will be emulated within a day, I guarantee it.

I asked this a few months ago. But I want to play Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, not the first one. Nebula and Mame won't play it.

The 2nd one won't work without XOR tables either, you will just need to be patient and wait for their release.

I believe that was CPS2 wasn't it? Or was that CPS3, anyways regardless the games are still not playable without decyrption tables more commonly known as XORs.
NO CPS2 games will work without these - try just downloading a rom and then not adding the XOR table to it, it won't work on any emulator at all.
