Default Great Gigs That Can't Be Missed Thread.

I think this was done before ages ago, if so merge it or close this one or something. I'm really hyped because Yes IS COMING TO AUSSIE! YAY! They're at Perth now, but they will be coming to Sydney eventually.

They sure are, I wont be seeing them though. Reasons being front seats have sold out, and ticket prices are outrageous...

On Wednesday, December 3rd, The Darkness are playing in Plymouth, which is only a couple of hours away from me. Barely anyone ever comes down my way, let alone one of my favourite bands . So you can bet your arses I'll be there...

a while back Lagwagon came to Boston, and I wanted to go sooooooo bad. It was something I didn't want to miss for the world, but I couldn't go...I was so mad!

Any TooL show that you can make it too is a definite must. I wan't to see A Perfect Circle and NIN at some point too. I wish I had gone when they toured together. Ministry would be fun too. I don't know when any of those groups are touring again though. I'll have to keep my eyes open.

The last time Tool came by this way I could not find anyone to go with me on the five hour drive, and I had a previous engagement.

Opeth toured the states with Katatonia in July and August, but they came no where near my end of the country. I have no plans right now for shows this year. I just have my fingers crossed that Opeth or Dream Theatre will launch another US tour soon.

Dream Theater start a world tour in January at Manchester, they'll close with the US I'd say. And the new album's release date is now November 11th. Opeth are coming here at the end of the year again aswell. This time I wont miss them...

Me and my girlfriend are most likely going to see Muse on her birthday (3rd December) at the Birmingham NEC.
Since it's for her birthday, I'd say it's almost definate that her parents will buy the tickets for us too(if not, then I guess I'd have to pay).
