    About ninty Switch dock...

There are 3rd party docks now that have built-in LAN, the only official dock like that is OLED version (but old Switch works fine on new dock).

I think the real cool thing about the Cowabunga collection is that it has info on development of the games. Proto-types, game design notes, etc.

I hadn't read anything about the contents other than there are emus involved. Guess that explains why the base pkg is over 7GB...

The collection is more then just the emus and roms. Each game also has a video of showing how to beat it. So that could be another reason why its a big game.

Gave myself a slight head-ache. Playing Splatoon on Cemu. Its possible to get past the tutorial using the mouse as a camera, but alternating between the mouse and gamepad is kinda annoying. At least you don't really need to use the mouse once you get past the tutorial. Though the single-player campaign is kinda dull. You can't beat spraying paint everywhere though, that's pretty fun.

    This just arrived...

    Spoiler warning:
    Killzone2PressKitDisc.jpg

Would've originally been part of a Press Kit like this (picture found on the net):

    s-l1607.jpg

All I got was the loose pre-production game disc (first picture up top is my own). It could possibly be a Review disc (based on Press Kit referring to it as Review Code) but idk for sure yet.
If it doesn't work on a console without debug CFW it would be a good sign

on another note it looks like there's a(or going to be) new entry point/exploit for ps4 and ps5 https://gbatemp.net/threads/cturt-re...chable.618927/

    Interesting development.
PS5 consoles still aren't cheap though, as was pointed out in that thread.
A less complicated exploit for PS4 on current firmware would be awesome though. I mean 9.00 exploit works fine, but having to use a dongle to activate it is a little annoying. 5.05 exploit is much easier cached, but it still isn't nice full CFW from cold boot like rebug (or whatever) on PS3.

Need to unpack one of my PS3's with full CFW to test, hopefully it won't run and then I'll have to look at how to dump the whole disc
But I also need to do some thorough reading to see if someone has already dumped this disc from the Press Kit. I already had a brief look through by proto dump archives back when this disc appeared for auction but couldn't find anything... I was keen to get it anyway regardless of existing dump as long as it was a reasonable price, and I did get it (under my limit of around $35aud) so I'm happy

Have to work tomorrow so I'll get around to this at some stage.

yeah even if it has already been dumped just having that unique piece in your collection is cool.

It always cool to see review code/discs make it out on the wild.
