Disney Classic Games Collection [CUSA16968] apparently contains multi system emulator.

has a Gameboy, Gameboy Color, and Gameboy Advance bios'

Overall the game structure for this is very simple and is only large because of the photos and videos included.

The Disney Classic Games Collection is just a multi-system emulator with a fancy overlay and can play Sega Genesis, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Gameboy and possibly Gameboy Advanced.

What this means is Disney produced a native PS4 Multi-System Emulator for Sega Genesis, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Gameboy and possibly Gameboy Advanced.

    Rom Size does not matter.
Replace The Lion King SNES with Super Mario All Stars + World which is about 4x the size and shifted all of the data in the file. The game did not crash and ran perfectly.
Saving and save states remain persistent without progression loss.

The next step it to try and add another menu item. This should be easy since Disney was kind enough to leave everything in plain text. I will start by duplicating the menu item for Jungle Book. If this works then games can be added via AC (Additional Content DLC PKGS) and roms will be added via DLC installs. This means that rom sets can be added with a little work. I plan to streamline the process by building a program to select and add roms but that is still a bit down the road.

This Disney game collection is running emus for ninty platforms with relevant bios' on Sony hardware
I think the roms are being looked at now to see if they match no-intro.

What I've been looking for in particular is any info about N64 games like Turok on PS4, if they are using an emu with extra files for HD or something like that.
But this new news about SNES etc native emus is pretty cool. It would mean no need for linux RA setups or if you go another way; old emus and roms via PS1/2/PSP native Sony emus (which is what some people have been doing).

The above Disney title has an update which adds another game (Jungle Book).
It might be possible to use this update as a way to add even more games.

Have to wait and see what the hacker wizards can figure out

Had a look inside Turok fpkg myself. It seems to have .kpf file for the game... actually most of the pkg size is a load of .ogg files The Disney title's size is mostly due to videos afaik.
Anyway, had a read and it looks like Turok PC remaster uses .kpf and people mod that game... now I'm wondering if similar PC remasters with .kpf can be used here idk, I don't have the technical knowledge to figure it out

Some kind of container format? It should be possible since it's a locked down x86 box but .

Yeah I think so, I mean you can peek inside the .kpf simply using 7-zip or whatever. I didn't extract though and I have no idea how you would repack that.

I'd guess there's some kind of compatibility layer or additional software needed and relevant settings for any of it; if they were releasing multiple games. If that's the only title then maybe not.

Never watched it before, but I noticed x265 rips of Under the Dome recently so I grabbed them.
Just watching the first few episodes now, and...
