I basically had the same PC as Grouch and plopped in a gt 710 without any problems so think he'd/you would be perfectly fine. It really is a low power card. A 720 is better but no different on power afaik. I had a crappy little Dell and think the psu was only like 180.

That was my thinking. Good enough compared to the rest of the machine, better than the integrated graphics, and power is a non-issue. The only issue is getting one of the GK208 cards rather than the crap ones.

Yar. I know it can be iffy but maybe a good thing to do (Grouch) is check around like craigslist and so on and get another PC. I got my 4th gen i5 for like 140 bucks (I think) and that's Canadian so maybe cheaper for you if you hunt. And just add a gpu later on. You could keep your hard drives etc and maybe even add your existing ram as well. Made one hell of a difference for me going from a core2duo. Should just be able to run Fallout 4 with something like that (with a dedicated video card)

One of the faster C2D/Q chips should be fine for a lot of games but Ivy Bridge on up would be a pretty big jump. I'm still using Haswell because I don't have a real need to upgrade. If I see a deal cheap enough I'll grab an upgrade but so far I've had a seller back out and missed my chance on another. Prices creep down in the meantime .

Later I'll post I complete guide to building outside of settlement limits to build interconnected Conquest Mod settlements but it would most likely need to be a video that depicts the process. However, I will summarize and state that Place In Red Reborn and Conquest Mod. Press ~ to access the in-game console. Then type in tcl in the prompt followed by the ENTER key. You can now build at any height to begin the process. Place any object inside settlement limit and then move it outside of settlement, walkways and catwalks snap outside of settlement limits so connect it to another Conquest mod settlement. Hallways are covered and you lock both ends so you can also build an indoor laboratory with Chemistry workbench and drug storage with ultraviolet lighting hydroponic planters on one side of the hallway. Because your beer is free but herb is not.
