Are they native birds? Can't kill native animals here it's illegal.
Well, in some cases some species can be culled with special licenses but idk about any birds.
Magpies are the swoopers over here when they're nesting.

Yeah they're federally protected unfortunately. Magpies are in the same family I believe.

We do have Crows and Ravens over here too.
