Not really. The rain must have helped a little but the lightning strikes probably negated that and started new ones. There are over 400 fires in B.C. right now.

Ignoring the real problems, the air in the city is clean, for now.

It rained here too. Hopefully it helped with the wildfires.

was going to watch 2001 a space odyssey today but I think I grabbed a bad file or it got corrupted when transferring it all I got was a black screen and messed up audio I even waited a couple minuets and tied seeking but it was still just a black screen.
I grabbed a different file so I'll see if that works. I did however watch battle beneath the earth that was surprisingly good though it would have been cooler if they used mole people or ant people as the enemy instead of some rouge group of chinese.
I also started playing how 2 survive on ps3 the other day it's not bad but it would have been better as an over the shoulder or behind view TPA.

I believe I fell asleep watching 2001. IIRC that's only happened with 2 movies in my entire life, the other being Scanners. Perhaps not a knock on either movie, or maybe it is?

XSX is sitting at the PO but I've been so busy with work I haven't been able to pick it up. Leave for work well before PO opens and get home after it closes
Did think of getting a family member to pick it up for me, but,
Sister is working too much as well and not enough time to make a special trip for me.
Both my parents have covid atm.

just watched beyond atlantis it was not what I was hoping for but it was better than the two previous movies I watched involving oceans and islands. it was hardly a scifi movie fantasy yes it was overall so-so it did at least have decent acting.

earlier i was going to make an offer on ebay for some memory that I had been watching but I kept having problems loading the page for offers I had a similar problem earlier this week with amazon when I was trying to add a couple things to my wish list
I thought I was going to have to install opera since my browser was out of date(and I thought discontinued) but I decided to look my browser up first and found that it's been updated. so I didn't have to export all my bookmarks import them and have to re-login to a few sites so yay!
now I'm hoping the ebay seller with give me at least the $2 off the list price on the memory I thought about trying for $5 off but I figured I wouldn't push my luck with the list price being $20.49

I kick the offer tire as hard as possible, if it isn't auto-declined there's a chance .

Oh yeah. Don't be shy, I've got some great deals from sellers putting up fresh listings that they just want to move asap. Auctions with reasonable start (not $1 start bs) and offers enabled
Got my CiB unpatched Switch that way.
