Default What is going on with this cisco garbage

Hey gang, I need help. Especially if you're a techie and you know how to translate everything for an uninitiated newb.

I have just started trying to get onto Newgrounds and enjoy some good flash. But ever since using Firefox as a web browser, I suddenly came across a bizarre and offputting issue with this thing called Cisco Umbrella. Immediately I thought this was some sort of actual RE Umbrella corp thing, and it seems more and more like it's right; the uncomfortable message I got from it's site was that it was blocked for "adult content", yet I had never so much as touched any button that indicated I ever downloaded or accepted their services? Needless to say I was furious, and I am only more exasperated at fighting against it in anyway I can look up how (and even then I can only use the methods that I can comprehend as Command Prompt language is not my forte, and navigating the very old managers toolbar isn't either. But it seems like every single preventative action I take or eradication move I make is nullified and this cisco cancer is somehow stuck on my OS or IP, or even right on my network whichevers, I don't even know what! I have only been able to use public internet networks due to my current poor living situation, and I was sure it was all fine before. But even if it's not a cisco message, it feels very much like the cause of all of these "UH OH LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE TRYING TO GET ON A WEBSITE THAT WE DON'T TRUST IS SECURE ENOUGH, WOULD YOU LIKE THAT TO BE YOUR PROBLEM THAT YOU CAN'T MANEUVER OUT OF?"
Even the forums somehow aren't considered safe.
I am tearing my hair out over this problem! Where the hell did this even come from?! Why now?! Why one of my most favourite and important legacy sites did it target?! Who even are these people and where the hell do they get off?! I just wanted to relax...literally unwind with something serene and familiar, not get wound up over some new problem that once again I didn't ask for!

DLG_FLAGS_INVALID_CA - This is the message I got about newgrounds. What does this actually mean, and what can I do about this? What can I do about cisco as well? I have already tried command prompts and even creating a new firewall method that was shown, but none of them seem to work as I never actually downloaded cisco programs directly. Yet my poor computer ip is affected now like it is. Everyone on tumblr said you were such a fucking great os. Just...fuck you and go to hell firefox.

Hrm, dunno. Perhaps change your DNS settings to Google or OpenDNS? Can't hurt to change these settings regardless:

*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
