Default Emulators with the Feature Rewind

So I won't have to make separate threads for this, which emulator platforms have the feature rewind?

Emulators for the NES and SNES have this, so do Duckstation and PPSSPP for the PS1 and PSP; but I haven't yet found one for the Sega Genesis.

I've heard Retroarch also has this but it doesn't seem to work for certain platforms like the PS2 (unless I'm doing something wrong).

The only Genesis emulator with the rewind function I know is GENPlusDroid, but that's an Android app.
