    My question is why would you want this or even bother?

    Deadlegion is asking why you would want to do this in the first place?

    Anyways, you'd probably have to split it up onto 2 dvd's.

    Best thing to do though would be to get an external drive and back things up to that

    I would like it on 1 DVD but I don't trust flash memory and HDD because I've had problems with them.

    No. You cannot fit 12.1GB of data onto one single layer DVD; the maximum space per disc is about 4.37GB. You can split the set by region and fit it across three discs. You would need to move US demos, betas, and revisions to the disc with Europe or Japan games.

    DVD will get scratches, may still work but will reduce laser life.
    Are using a computer without hard drive or flash memory?

    I've already answered your questions. I've formatted the text according to which question it answers.

    If you can't understand what I've already said and you insist on a full set:
    The set I'm using as an example is 12.1GB, it contains Europe, Japan, and USA titles.
    You need to obtain an N64 set; either a complete one containing everything or separated by region.
    Once that's done you need to manually sort the files for burning.

    Edit:
    Spoiler warning:
    In the simplest terms I can think of if you still can't understand the above:
    You need to find and download the roms you want.
    You need to manually sort them for burning.
    It will require 3 discs for everything.

    Why do you want a fullset?

    What size of an N64 fullset containing only Japanese and US roms? is there fullset only (U) or only (J)?

    The maximum capacity of a DVD is fixed and nothing will change that. Download the games you want and do whatever it is you want with them.

    Space taken by files divided by 4.37GB equals number of discs required, minimum 1. Divide megabytes by 1024 to get gigabytes.

    Examples:
    10MB = 0.009GB = 1 DVD
    100MB = 0.097GB = 1 DVD
    1000MB = 0.97GB = 1 DVD
    5000MB = 4.88GB = 2 DVDs
    12390MB = 12.09GB = 3 DVDs
