You can't access them normally on a retail game you need cheats to get them.
Apparently people have been banned for dropping these panties in online mode.

You're probably better off waiting unless you can get a significant discount off of MSRP now. GPUs are still wildly overpriced right now and new series cards should be out soon. I'd also recommend not bothering with Nvidia unless you've got a reason to like a Gsync only monitor.
