I think it might have been called dirk gently something detective agency it was an old british sci-fi book that involved time travel(it wasn't Dr.Who) man I wish i wouldn't have thrown that disc out there was some ebooks on it I'd like to read again
I had a quick look using keywords from your post. Sounds like it could be Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency.

yep that's it. I was thinking about it just a little while ago and that name popped into my head but I wasn't sure if that was it or not.

was going through my old backups yesterday looking for those ebook backups I thought I had. I came across a folder full of old flash based freeware games that I can't remember where I got or why.

I was going to pick up new HW earlier this month but the seller changed their mind .

I'll wait for a good deal on something down the line . I don't need to upgrade for anything in particular but it would've been nice.

There was a TV show made for it a few years back, which I enjoyed but apparently no one else did.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here

There are 2 seasons. Fairly recent show so you should be able to find 1080p rips pretty easily, I have the complete series on one of my drives.

So I tried installing Win 10 on a normal HDD, things didn't go well. I had an old back-up on another HDD, but it didn't have all my stuff up to date. So I lost a few things, at least most of them, I can re-download. I'll just install Win 10 when I get a SSD.

Moral of story: Always back-up before install/updating an OS. Unless you're doing a fresh install on a blank HDD/SSD.
