Basically, yeah. Hardware requirements aren't any different.
My installs are stripped down though. No office, media player or anything like that. I use non-M$ software for all those things.

Looks like win10 is only supported for another 3 years. So if you have homo/pro you'll have to upgrade.
Enterprise will go beyond that because; business

If you've got a copy of something older I'd go with that. You may have trouble finding drivers for W10.
