Yeah probably. When Forza came out a couple days ago it was the 9th at 12:01am which would have been the east coast of NA. but for me was 9pm on the 8th.

I don't think they were doing anything to the graphics - unless there's assets for 4k for Series X and PS5. Means nothing to me though.

Unlikely they would stay independent.
Xbox BC already supported old Beth titles before the buyout anyway (and Beth games have always been more stable on M$ consoles).
Sony BC is a joke. Some people complained that FO3 wasn't on PS4 but that isn't Beth's problem, the title was made BC by M$ and Sony obviously don't get a shit about proper "free" BC beyond PS4 titles on PS5.
As long as Sony and Ninty don't buy out all the big pubs/devs all is fine.
