I don't have many good sources for used books with Hastings long dead and three independent bookstores in the nearest city closed. One got squeezed out by their landlord (the building was still empty last I saw), another couldn't make enough to justify it unless they sold porn (which they didn't want to do), and the third I'm unsure on but I think it was a similar situation to the first.

Aye. There are still a couple left that I know of. One of them is over 30mi away so it's hard to justify a trip without other stuff to do in the town.

Yeah, I ended up changing plans on a vehicle purchase over a year ago because I figured gas was going up. It would've been nice but I couldn't justify it needing premium
