I got through the main story of Cyberpunk pretty quickly without bothering about cheevos.

hmm ok. I see there is 2 txt files in the sep plugins folder relating to the vsh menu.. I can't access the vsh recovery menu on my psp because it doesn't work with tv out.
that's alright I can just deal with the annoyance.

You can edit the plugins txt file directly with the PSP connected via USB and it'll take effect next time you restart. The one you want should just be "vsh.txt".
